AP — The weekly gold fish races next to a Tacoma barricade are canceled afterward it acknowledged complaints from mammal privileges activists.each Tuesday night the Harmon Tap space would include races into which second-rate feeder fish from a pet pile up were raced down two 8-foot troughs. Racers guided the fish with spurt bottles.Bartender Joel Cummings told KIRO-FM the fish were cared in lieu of after they werent racing but occasionally they would pass away.later complaints by phone and email, the Harmon Tap span replaced goldfish racing with beer pong.
