Obama makes at the outset Latin American trip
According to Casas-Zamora, El Salvador is looking instead of a closer company with the United States to augment its security.So far, the U.S. government has earmarked $100 million [to boost security] meant for fiscal time 2011, which is quite narrow. This amount of money in support of the Central American region is hardly visible, compared to the magnitude of the drug trafficking drawback they facade, Casas-Zamora believed.
